From Australia to Asia, I have explored and mastered new flavors that have refined my sense of taste. I have even served as a pastry instructor for an NGO in Thailand. These luxury experiences and diverse perspectives have led me to express my art through refined, indulgent desserts with distinctive flavors, creativity, and originality.
